Search for Parcels

Search

The website allows you to search for parcels based on four different criteria.

  1. Parcel Personal Identification Number (PPIN)
  2. Parcel Number (i.e 1706140002014000 or 17-06-14-0-002-014.000)
  3. Parcel Owner name (i.e. Smith or Smith John) 
  4. Parcel Physical Address (i.e 41 Cherokee Tr or 41 Cher)

Search usage:

  1. The search or find task opens in a new element window within the mapping application. Some examples of possible tasks are shown below. This element window may be moved, collapsed, and closed. See Getting Started for details on using moveable windows.
  2. Enter text you want to search for in the input box of the Search window. The task may require entering all of the value, or part of the value depending on which Search option you choose. The Example text should give a hint about what you need to enter to find parcels.
  3. Click Search to start the search.
  4. The Results section expands in the Console to display results of the search (if it does not expand automatically, click the down-arrow in the Results section to display it). The text searched for displays in the results item.
  5. If more than one page of parcels are found, a Reocrds 1 - 25 of x will appear under the results item. Click the > to display the next page of results. The example below shows one possible result of a search.
  6. The results display where parcels are found. Click the negative button next to a layer to hide parcels found. For more details on using the Results window, see UsingResults.htm.
  7. Once the results a displayed in the results panel you can click on the parcel number to zoom to and select that parcel.
